International Gospel Recording Artist
Bumie Dada is a gospel recording artist based in Dallas Texas United States. Born September 7th 1986 to the family of Samuel and Grace Dada in Festac Lagos state Nigeria. Bumie started singing at a very tender age at her local church parish RCCG Covenant Hall in IBA housing estate, Lagos, Nigeria.
She was always involved in her children church activities (plays, choir, dance, instrumental sets) with the support of her parents who saw her flare for the arts and did everything to support her. Bumie moved to the United States in 1998 with her family where she attended Elementary school up to her College Level. She released her first album titled my all in 2013 and has since toured the United States appearing on T.V programs, Radio Shows, church concerts, revivals and also lending her voice to the USCIS in the rendition of the national anthem and supporting the Go Green campaign in Baltimore Maryland.
Bumie has been nominated for several awards to name a few, Slantress Awards, African Entertainment Awards, Deedee Humanitarian Awards, CODIMA Awards and her most recent nomination as Best Female Gospel Artist Diaspora from BAGMAA Awards. Bumie was ordained a minister of the gospel at her home church Newbreed international church where she served 7 years in 2013. Soft spoken yet full of life on stage she enjoys the company of her close friends and family.
